Alberta Culture Days

Ensuring that young women have the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive as leaders in their communities and beyond.

Alberta Culture Days

Ladies in the Family Foundation (LIFF) is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering immigrant women through education, leadership, and cultural celebration. We believe in fostering inclusive spaces where diverse voices are heard, valued, and uplifted. Our mission is to support the mental and physical wellness of immigrant women by creating platforms for dialogue, creativity, and connection.

Immigrant women face unique challenges as they navigate new cultural landscapes, often balancing the pressures of mental and physical health with societal expectations. These challenges can be overlooked or misunderstood. By focusing on culture’s role in wellness, we shed light on these experiences, promote understanding, and support healing. Our work cultivates resilience, empowerment, and leadership within communities that need it most.
