Professional Series & Mixers: • Connect • Learn • Grow

Networking, mentoring and culture-forward programming that advances careers, builds community, and unlocks tangible supports for Black and Afro-Canadian women

Why it matters

Professional Series and Mixers refer to events and programs that align with LIFF’s vision of networking, mentoring, and culture preservation. They aim to excite women through memberships by offering microgrants, scholarships, and discounts for various services and events.

Our Professional Series & Mixers bring together professionals, mentors, entrepreneurs and creatives across Calgary and beyond to build networks rooted in culture, learning, and mutual uplift. These events are designed to remove barriers to opportunity by connecting members with knowledge, sponsorship, and financial supports that lead to real outcomes.
